I have recently ourchased this pan but unfortunately it's too big to fit in my oven...is a shorter handle available please?

The length of the handle is enough to balance the WOK, why not check our 3 in 1 wok with steamer for shorter and longer handle both comes with the WOK

Can I use this pan on a high setting on an induction hob, as most pans seem to be low to medium setting.

Most pan are not full induction but this pan is full induction base. You can use any setting low high medium, comes with oven proof lid.

It says greblon : our ptfe coatings set the standard in terms of non-stick properties. ptfe is teflon. so did you know it before buying that pan ?

The listing mentions Greblon, but says nothing more about the coating, which is rather misleading. Greblon make coatings using PTFE. The fact that the coating is laser engraved does not change the fact that this pan has a Greblon coating. It is not free of PTFE.
