It’s a great device, do a full YouTube search because this is also a plasma pen. It definitely removes moles but you have to be carful with moles, some moles are cancerous. If you’re sure about the mole and it’s dafe to remove then do it. I noticed it removes the mole by making it small, so the color of the mole won’t be removed. It hurts a bit too but always go slow. I didn’t use it as a plasma pen/fibroplast yet. The switch on/off button was so badly made that it get stuck. There were scratches on the device too. The box was open, no seal. Light at the tip was not turning on. I just got it now and I am already trying to return it.

Remove a few moles that would have cost $100+ to remove at a doctor, keep in mind that you will have to do it a couple of times over a couple of days

I didn't expect this small a device (and for this price) to be this effective. One time use and the skin tags are completely gone. Extremely happy with the purchase and the results. Keep the setting at Level 3 and it will take care of decent sized skin tags easily. Takes an average of 5 min per tag (smaller ones take much less).

Charger is not included

Its easy to use and instructions are clear. But if u expect a complete clear skin, this doesn't do so. It helps in fading the mark. Would have been better if they can provide with 1 more of the fatter needle rather that giving multiple fine needles.
