Blood pressure looks better!!
I am so glad I ordered these and tried them. I have been doing a little research on what can help keep my blood pressure regulated, and this is it. I have been taking these for about 2 weeks now on the third week and I take them at night before bed. I wake up feeling great and my blood pressure was looking good when I went to my doctor appointment last week. She has been trying to put me on another medication instead of raising the dosage on the medication I am taking which is only 5mgโs. So I have been doing the opposite and trying to get control of it before she puts me on something else, and I believe this is working for me. I will continue to take it and work on my overall health in the process so I can make sure I donโt have to take more medications just for my blood pressure to look normal. I would recommend trying it, but I know it is working for me.

You better have a steel throat to try and swallow these things!
1st, it says flavor is "mixed fruit" ... Umm NO! It has the same flavor as biting into an aspirin. Why did I find this out? They are nearly *impossible* to swallow! Large with square corners. And a very hard tablet, so cutting them up into smaller pieces still cut my throat trying to swallow one. SO, I soaked them in..1-water...2-Coke...3-hot water, including letting them soak for up to 7 hours. They did NOT dissolve! These things are like steel! Did they help? Really couldn't tell one way or the other. Trying something different this time.
