It's so good you can't put it down, and if you do then the heat will hit you. so keep eating! The spicy-ness is a solid 5/10 in a good way, most products that claim to be spicy are little more than the heat of a bell pepper to appease the masses. but this jerky actually had me panting for a little bit, but it's more than just heat, It's sweet too and a nice sweet with a hint of pineapple and almost a Hawaiian undertone. It is also very tender, even more so than Mr. Link's brand overall it get's my seal of approval, and I would happily eat another bag.

I purchased this jerky to try it as I have not seen this flavor where I live. Honestly, I was disappointed in it as the jerky was extremely dry like it had been sitting on shelf for a very long time. But then I went straight to the manufacturer and purchased it. And it was very flavorful and had that needed jerky texture. Overall, I would say on a scale of 1-10 I would give it an 8 because I love the hint of hear that it had. Jerky is a hit or miss. But I do have to say I love the flavor of it I will by it again just from Tilamook out of Oregon.
