Yes, I believe so since my hair is thin and frizzy/curly and it works very well for me.

How long do you keep this on your hair from wash to wash ? Does it dry the hair?

Everybody hair is different .but I put it on my hair every morning after I put my water on my hair.It doesn’t dry my hair out .Its pretty good .I wash my hair once a week .But I put this on my hair every morning .Hope this helps
