I was using this shampoo for a while because it was coconut-free (I'm allergic). The last bottle I received had a different list of ingredients with coconut and other cheaper, lower-quality components. It was significantly different from what was listed on the amazon description and other answers to this question as of Jan 2023. **Q: Does this foam up well like regular shampoo** A: No..not really.
