TLDR: Amazing customer service, love my newest charger.
2nd update: The newest model works wonderfully, and has the addition of wireless charging capabilities. I am absolutely blown away by their dedication to customer service and product satisfaction. They are definitely a company I would be happy to purchase from again. Update: Within three days of writing this review I received a very wonderful and professional email from INIU customer support. My agent asked clarification questions about my phone model, usage, and how long the newer model lasted on a charge. She closed the email by offering to send me a new one at no charge in case mine was defective. I replied with my answers and said I would love a new one, and within 2 days it arrived on my doorstep. I now have their newest model which includes wireless charging. I have not tried it and will update this review when I do, however I raised them from their previous 3 star to 4 solely based on customer service and a willingness to listen. Not the answer I asked for, or even needed, but it shows their dedication to their name and product and I am very grateful as a customer. It's a great charger, the charging power is great but they downgraded the kit from the last one I bought, and the battery life is subpar on standby compared to the older model. Before I got this one, I had their previous model with just the blue paw print and I loved it. The kit came with the power bank, charging cable(micro usb), mesh bag, and a bonus usb mini book light. I loved it for traveling and it lived in my bag that I carry with me. I thought I lost it, so I bought this one and it's not as great. For starters, they took out the book light, which stinks but whatever not why I bought it. They upgraded to usbC for charging it, which is a plus for Android users like me because now it charges my phone with the same cable it charges with. The charging power is equal if not better to the last, which was great, but the battery life feels like it's been cut in half. I think they compromised battery size for the LED display and it's not worth the sacrifice. Over all I prefer the dog paw version which I luckily found. Now I have both and switch out when one dies, but this one never lasts as long. Go for the older, less cool model, it's better.

TSA approved for carry-on & a life saver for the navigationally challenged! :D
My iPhone is on its way out but I’m not eligible for a trade-in for a few more months. But I was going on a trip and needed to use navigation a lot, which I knew would drain my phone battery. This little charger to the rescue! It’s not feather-light, but when I bought a competitor’s product the other one felt noticeably heavier despite saying that it was light. I’ve used it twice when my battery was getting down to 20%. It didn’t charge it up to 100% but it got me through the rest of my day. It does take a while to recharge itself but you can just charge it overnight. Also, I didn’t use it for a literal year and it maintained its full charge! If you’re a bit tech challenged like I am, pay attention to what USB your phone charger is vs what the charger needs to recharge aka if you have an iPhone you may need to bring your lightening connector charger for your phone AND the USB-C/USB charger for the charger (which is provided and very small/short so why didn’t I just keep it with the pouch? Who can know the mysteries of the universe! Also, if you are bringing it on a plane in 2025 onward, due to lithium batteries randomly catching fire, your airline will ask you to keep it in your carry-on and accessible, not in the overhead compartment and definitely not in your checked luggage. Happy travels & thanks company for a great product!

Not as good as listed in product title - BUT that's a standard
Update 5/20 - INIU reached out to me regarding charge capacity. Down near the end of the product listing is some disclaimer verbiage that states "Usually a Power bank could supply 60%-70% battery to other devices. Around 30-40% of the capacity is lost in circuit heat and voltage conversions. So a fully charged INIU 10,000mAh can offer 6,000-7,000 mAh to your devices." This is a standard labeling practice across the global power‑bank industry, which all major brands follow - So consumer be aware, "everyone" labels it via 3.7v battery cell capacity not output charge capacity. Since my major gripe was capacity, I've adjusted my review from 3-5 stars as the rest of the battery really is good. First and foremost, the charge capacity is NOT 10000mAh, it's actually 5800-6400mAh in the 4 charge cycles I've measured with my phone's "AccuBattery" app. Charging voltage/rate depends on cable and device is as high as 4.3v at a rate of 2580mah (11w). Notice this is half the advertised rate. Charging thru both USB-A and C ports work. Recharge speed 0-100% with a 3.5A PD is 2.5-3 hrs. It does have the ability to charge non-phone devices like a camera. The % charge left display is accurate enough but as stated, changes of 25%-33% "drained" with measured mAh charged to device also points to a total charge capacity of ~6000-6200mAh (not the stated 10000mAh). Weight and size appear average for listed capacity. The little LED light is useful and works as described.

Works Well for Both Android and iOS
TSA approved. Great feature and safety I like. Nice little power bank. It had 2 USB A ports and 1 USB 3 with a built in flashlight. It charges up relatively slow. I would say 0% to 100% takes about 4 hours. It charges my Galaxy S25 Ultra pretty quick as well as the wife's iPhone 17 pro max. It took about 70% of the power banks energy. So I may get a full charge and then some. I used it all day on a iPhone pro max and my battery stayed charged. After about 11 hours of constant use (videos, pictures, text, social media and phone calls) the battery bank had about 22% left. I took away 1 star for having! 2 USB A ports. Would have been nice to have 2 USB C ports. Digital screen reads nicely. Has a soft matte covering which is nice. You can hold this without feeling like it's going to slip outta your hand. The case sleeve is padded and somewhat decent. All and all, if you can get it at a under $15 price point, do it!

Lightweight, fast charging
This is a little elongated, but it is lightweight and the relatively flat design makes it easy to use, unlike those that are rounder. On the basics, this is great. It has a fair bit of wattage for fast charging. It in fact charges my Samsung super fast. I was actually startled at how fast initially. It is a little slower charging itself, but that's fine. I really like the battery indicator display. So overall, form and function work great here. A few extra points: On an international trip to Europe, where I had it hooked to my phone and/or tablet for most of the flight, it still had some juice left at the end, but it needed a charge. I used to bring a 20,000, but these days I find it easier to bring two 10s. The 10s are versatile enough to stick in your pocket, unlike the bigger 20s. So keep that in mind. (If I need a lot of juice I have a 26000 with 65 watt output from Anker that's a beast, but if I don't have a laptop, that's serious overkill.) A feature I didn't really like (or need): the slide-out tab designed to hold your phone while it charges could have been better. For one thing, it doesn't fit so well with the case I have on the phone. Lots of people use cases, right? Plus, I wound up buying a slightly longer cord than the included one. That means I can, say, read an ebook comfortably on a plane while this is hooked on to the phone and sitting on the tray table. So, I wouldn't really use that slide-out tab anyway. Your mileage may differ. For those wondering, I do find this faster and more convenient than using the airline built-in charging plugs, and I don't have to wonder what type of plane I get. And it is great when running around town too. I don't like constantly draining my phone's battery on long days. On the whole, this was great and reliable. Fully recommended.

INIU makes excellent power banks!
We have a bunch of power banks in our house and most of them are INIU. Our go-to is their 20k power bank, but it is a bit heavy and bulky, but for the power and consistent performance that these banks deliver, that is a very fair trade. INIU does a good job making the dimensions of their power banks match that of popular phones, except for the thickness. The 20k power bank is a bit less than an inch thick. That is why we looked at this model. It is thicker than a phone, but not by much. That means we can have reliable power ready to go and not have the bank try to pull pants down with excess pocket weight. The 10k bank has plenty of power. It will recharge a Samsung S20 at least three times with no trouble. Tossing one of these in a picnic basket or handbag to have a nice day in the park is a great idea. You don't even notice its there but when you need it after taking hours of video on your phone, it is there ready to top up the phone. If you use the right port, you can fast charge, meaning that in about an hour, you can put the bank back in the bag and get on making tickytockys.

Reliable & powerful battery
Super reliable. I sometimes forget to charge it or even check it for over a month & the battery holds strong. It is great to have a product that I don't have to think about but is there when I need it

Actually works! Good quality and clever design.
Wow, an electronics product that actually works. It works so well that I purchased a second and plan to keep it charged and stored with my emergency supplies. I have used it to charge my Samsung S9 phones, Fire tablets, bluetooth headphones, Kobo and Musibaby speakers. For products with the old style usb micro port, you need your own charge cord with a regular usb on one end and the appropriate micro usb on the other (male ends on both sidea). For newer usb c port devices, the short cord that comes with it is sufficient (the cord has male end regular usb on one end, and male usb C on the other. ) The cord can be used to both recharge this product in a usb port, and to use the product to charge your other devices . The product has 3 female ports: two regular usb ports that are "out" for charging, and one usb c female port that can be used as "out" for charging a device or "in" for recharging this product. Brilliant design. It also has a flashlight function that I don't need, but does work well. This product recharges quickly and then charges your devices quickly. In fact, it charges my samsung phones more quickly than plugging them directly into a wall outlet with a high speed charge cord. I have also charged two phones simultaneously with no problems. This product does not heat when it is re-charging, nor when it is charging your electronic devices. When fully charged, this product will fully charge both my Samsung S9 phones and then almost fully charge one of them a second time (so approx 2.6 to 2.8 phone charges before it needs recharging itself). The product also has a display that shows how much of its charge remains. Overall -- well made and very well designed. Even the net case feels well made. UPDATE 16 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE: I bought 2 of these and have kept one in a bag of emergency supplies for 16 months. I recently took it out to recharge and discovered it was still fully charged. I would add a star if I could!

Really well designed and affordable
Excellent power bank! It charges my devices really quickly, and the 20,000mAh capacity lasts a long time before needing to be recharged. It's well built, easy to carry, and having USB-C for both input and output is really convenient. Great value for the price, and it's been reliable every time I've used it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality portable charger.

This seems to be a good product
I have never owned a powerbank and didnt know much (ok, nothing) about them before researching online. As I am going on a trip where being able to plug in to recharge my devices will be sketchy at best, it seems that having a powerbank would be essential. I decided on the Inui because of its price, compact size, because i could charge both my ipad and android phone- and because of the positive reviews. Overall, I like the Inui powerbank. I like the size. I like its look. I like the fact that it came with a cable i could use for charging (while i had to buy a wall plug to charge it, i had enough cables to cover my device hook up needs). The little bag it comes with is a nice touch though it would have been ideal if it was a bit roomier so i could store my other cables in it. Not a big deal, obviously. I like it that my Inui gives me a numerical read out of its battery. The paw print read out that other Inui have is a cute idea but not helpful. I think it is better to know that i have 20% battery left that ‘one paw pad’. As to charging times for my devices, I think i expected that it would be faster but that is probably just ignorance about the technology (and wishful thinking) on my part. It took 2.5 hours to recharge my ipad that was at 30% and it took 1 hour to recharge my phone that was at 50%. It took 3.5 hours to recharge the powerbank that started at 36%. I dont know if this is typical charging times or if there are faster ones out there but it is worth keeping in mind. For most people this wont be an issue because, if the powerback’s battery is depleted during the day, they can be recharged overnight. As to the number of times I would be able to recharge my phone or ipad on one Inui fully charged powerbank, it seemed like a pretty even swap of power going into my phone or ipad and power going out of the powerbank. (This is where having actual battery numbers versus a pawprint was invaluable). So i dont think i would get much more than a single device fill up per fully charged Inui. However, these Inui battery powerpacks are very inexpensive and compact and it would be easy enough to carry two if, like me, you are not going to be to recharge your powerpack on a regular basis.

Calidad-precio
Espero me dure mucho.
