And then take a pause for another two months then continue as the tablet size is too big you need more water to swallow. Other than that a good product. If you take in morning remember to eat well as if you take with loose meals you may throw up as the tablets are too big. So take with your full stomach. Additionally I take vitamins C but not together. I used in the night.
