One of my favorite vitamins! 2 months ago, i had my stylist chop like 8 inches off my hair! I needed my hair to grow in healthy from all the foils etc , i hated it that short lol 😂 but i started taking these again & my har is at a length now , i just LOVE! It grew sooooo fast! This bottle is a lot smaller now. It works! It helps my nails and is easy to swallow.

This product works well for my fingernails. I usually always have long fingernails that are kind of thick. As for my hair, I don’t see that it’s done anything for it. My hair falls out and my skin is very dry. So it doesn’t help my hair or my skin, but it does great on my fingernails. For the fingernails alone, I will continue to buy this each month.
