3rd class chinese product. Not recommended to buy. Bought 3 days ago and having below issues. 1) I have two 2G wifi SSID. It doesn't work with ine of them, which has 100% signal strength near my door. Even though both SSID has same configuration in router. 2) approx 2-3 second latency in audio and video even with 100mb 2G connections with 80% signal. Total Internet bandwidth is approx 900Mb. 3) notifications tone is very low volume provided by Tuya smart app and notification tone cannot be changed on phone app. 4) when someone rings the bell, sometimes notification comes as video call on phone, but 90% time just a message in notification panel, which is difficult to notice. 5) very low distance range when using with doorbell chime. I paired it with two doorbell chimes, one placed approx 8 merters from receiver which works, and other in my bedroom approx 16 meters from receiver which doesn't works. 6) very bad mic and speaker on device, visitor has to speak 15cm from mic, then only you can hear him. In that case it become too clse for camera, and you can see his hairs only. When you speak, volue is too low on device that again visitor has to come very close to hear your voice. Highly dissatisfied with product and recommend every one to avoid buying this. I really want to have my mony back if possible, even though its opened and used now.

New users: Remember to remove the stickers from the bottom of each rechargeable battery. Took me a while to figure out. No instructions in this regard. In fact, instructions manual needs improvement. Product is very good and robust. Tuya app is very convenient to use.

Sorry how can I recharge the new empty batteries that you provide ? Sorry but there’s no recharge cable and there are particular batteries not standardAA easy to recharge
