This review is for the flat variety NOT the folded ones.
I have tried both the flat and folded varieties. While the folded ones are much thinner, the adhesive does not last as long and they do seem to bunch up. I do not like them at all. They seem appropriate only for non-period days but even then are not a good choice as your own body heat, moisture, etc., will cause these to fail pretty quickly. Also, they offer far less protection on light end of period days; I would not recommend them for that at all. At first, I hated the flat ones; I thought they were stiff and a bit large. However, after using them for several years I have found them to be very reliable. Ladies, you have to wear the right kind of panties if you expect natural liners to stick well. If your panties have a cotton liner in the crotch that is not fully stitched (several of my pretty ones are that way - they are sort of sewn in like a sling that can shift around) those types of panties will not work. Also, if you have silky or microfiber panties, with or without a cotton crotch, the adhesive will also be questionable and may shift. So, that being said, if you want to go natural, wear all cotton panties on the days you need these. I have never, not once, had these shift around or separate from the adhesive part even after spending 23 hours sitting on an airplane. If you wear cotton they stick very well. In the past I tried other natural brands, all of which were a disaster. The one that is seen in stores everywhere makes mortifying embarrassing crinkly plastic bag sounds when you walk around if your clothes are anything but skin-tight. Beware! Awful. Those also bunched up, literally fell apart and separated from the backing. I have truly found that these are the best. I am 47 and have been around awhile. Hope this helps - good luck. Also, I bought LunaPads, panty liners which I wear more often than these, which I use when it seems more practical/convenient. The cotton liners are a miracle. I thought washing them would be a nightmare - I couldn't have been more wrong. Goodbye yeast infections too!

Works well for me
This is a great product and works well for me. It is not for a lot of liquid but just when you may have a leak once in awhile. I suppose a light leak or two. You can easily change them out and they do stick to the panty well. The only problem with these they are very difficult to take off of your panties. They stick a little too well. Fortunately instead of trying to rip them off just use water to the undies and the liners peel right off. Just a knack about using these. Ha, ha. Getting tired of that.

Waste
It's great they are organic cotton, but these are not made well at all. They fall apart in your underwear on contact with body heat, sweat, and body fluids. They do NOT do what they are supposed to.

Perfect for sensitive parts…
I am very sensitive ‘down there’ and appreciate the organic cotton as it doesn’t cause irritation. The price is great and I find the liners to be sufficiently absorbent.

Needs Improvment
These are almost a win. Organic cotton top layer AND core, stick well, and actually the proper length. There's a lot of good but unfortunately the few flaws are enough to stop me from purchasing again. First of all, while they didn't bunch up as bad as some other brands, the cotton material wrinkles. It wasn't uncomfortable and didn't impact it's performance for me (used for spotting and tampon backup with no leaks) but it's something to be aware of. Second of all they aren't very breathable, so be prepared to change more often if you're very active or in a warm environment. To be fair, I've noticed this with other 'greener' brands as well but it's still something that needs improvement. The third, most offensive issue was that every liner fell apart, leaving fluff stuck to my lady bits. Not fun. It's wasteful and costly to have to change a perfectly clean liner because it literally doesn't hold up and creates a new hygiene issue. While I like and will continue to use Organyc menstrual pads, I will look elsewhere for a liner.

Decent quality biodegradable panty liner, but decreasing quality
Note: I have purchased both the old and new (as of August 2019) version of this panty liner, so my review was updated. I kept both pictures so people can see the change. The Organyc panty liners are a good option if you have sensitive skin and/or you want more eco-friendly options for liners. They have the disadvantage of being quite expensive (compared to regular liners) and not as `durable`. Personally, I don't mind paying extra for a good 100% cotton and biodegradable liner. The surface of the liner is soft (and got softer in the updated version) and I like it's 100% cotton; regular liners tend to irritate me (especially after prolonged wear), these are comfortable all day long. The liner is quite thin, it has a decent absorbency for a daily liner, but it won't hold up to leakage and high crotch humidity. It's also a wider and slightly longer liner, good coverage, but it might be too larger for smaller panties. As with most more eco-friendly liners, the glue is not as strong as with regular liners, but I personally didn't experienced any issues with the liner moving around too much. The glue is in two wide strips (not fully covering the back of the liner), so the edges are `free`. The liner sticks better to cotton underwear than on synthetics. My current issues for me is that the updated version is not as durable as the old one. The previous version would stand sweaty humid activities (like running) without disintegrating; the current version starts disintegrating after 4-5 hours of basic wear and a couple of visits to the restroom.

Wow! Amazing! Soft! So Absorbent! Highly Recommend!
Love these! So small and So thin, and SO absorbent. I rarely leave reviews, but these liners are amazing. They hold more than I would have believed if I hadn’t seen it for myself. In addition to being super absorbent, they are so soft and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I loved the product. Can use it during the last day of menstruation too. Good buy. Not that costly either

Good quality product. A bit pricey but it’s worth the price for a good quality product. I have been using this brand for a few years now. Zero irritation, zero smell and they keep you feeling fresh all day. The only minor issue I have is that sometimes they don’t stay in place. Which can be a bit irritating but not enough to make me stop using them. Highly recommend.

They are exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect, providing excellent coverage and comfort throughout the day. They are incredibly breathable, which is a huge plus for me, as it keeps me feeling fresh and dry. I highly recommend these liners to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable option!
