If only delivered intact
I must say that I am quite satisfied with the product quality, the reasonable price, and the prompt delivery service. The chips themselves were delicious. However, the chips inside were completely crushed upon opening. While I appreciate Amazon's efforts to improve their delivery services, it seems that they still have ongoing challenges when it comes to handling delicate and fragile items like chips and biscuits. I have encountered similar issues with other liquid and crunchy products in the past. Overall, I believe Lays chips are a fantastic snack choice, and their availability on Amazon makes it convenient to purchase them online. However, I would like to see improvements in Amazon's handling of such delicate items during delivery to ensure that customers receive their purchases in the best possible condition.
