Not for everyone
Gave me allergy on my arms and neck that looked like jock itch. I thought its because of the changing of the weather but right after i stopped this supplement, the itchiness gone down and the bumps are disappearing little by little. Just went to my bin.

High quality product
I have histamine intolerance & certain chelated minerals (with amino acids) make me feel worse - shortness of breath or eczema breakout. This Zn with Cu is really gd and I've had no issues with it so far.
