Perfect for My 2004 KTM EXC 450!
I’ve been using the Engine Ice TYDS008 High Performance Coolant in my 2004 KTM EXC 450, which is a highly modified bike known for being a bit finicky when it comes to cooling. After running into overheating issues in the past, I decided to give this coolant a try, and it’s been a game-changer.Exceptional Cooling Performance:This coolant does exactly what it promises – it keeps my engine temperatures in check, even during intense, long rides. Whether I’m hitting tough single track, fast trails, or technical climbs, Engine Ice keeps my bike cool and prevents overheating. With my KTM's modifications, I was concerned about cooling performance, but this coolant has exceeded my expectations.Reliable and Consistent:The consistency of this coolant is fantastic. It has maintained its performance over multiple rides, even in extremely hot conditions, which has given me the confidence to push my bike harder without worrying about heat issues. My bike runs smooth, and I’ve noticed no more overheating problems since switching to Engine Ice.Easy to Use & Safe for My Bike:The 0.5-gallon size is perfect for a bike of this size, and it was incredibly easy to pour and fill the radiator. I’ve also heard great things about its environmentally friendly properties, which is always a plus. Engine Ice has proven to be a safe and reliable choice for my 2004 KTM EXC 450, and I trust it completely.Overall:If you have a high-performance or modified bike that requires reliable cooling, I highly recommend the Engine Ice TYDS008 High Performance Coolant. It’s worked wonders for my KTM EXC 450, keeping temperatures down and allowing me to ride longer and harder without any overheating issues. It’s definitely earned a permanent spot in my maintenance routine!

Im a believer
So Engine Ice is pretty well known to be the goat of coolant for bikes. I was always skeptical like “ok sure, how much better can it reallllyyy be”. Decided to flush my RC390 and throw in some engine ice. Absolutely blown away. Like. I had no idea my engine could stay so cool in Florida heat. Lifelong customer now. Incredible product.

Kept my engine cool even after extended periods of idle
My previous coolant couldn't keep my bike cool, even in lower temperatures. I would get close to overheating even after the fan kicked in.Flushed my old coolant and replaced it with this and so far it has been good to me. I let the bike idle for 30-45 min, the fan kicked in at 7 bars (out of 10), bike cooled back down to the normal 5 bars and stayed there for a while. It was roughly 75 degree out at the time. Before, even with the fan on the bike would only cool down to 6 bars and almost immediately go back up to 7 when the fan shut off.I rode around for about an hour, which included some spirited canyon riding and stop and go. The coolant never got above 5 bars and the fan never kicked on. It was roughly 70 degree out at the time. Overall it seems to be doing much better than my old coolant that was in there. It is expensive but to me it is worth not having to pull off the road to wait for your bike to cool down.
