If you have a Krause sank for which this is designed, I highly recommend that you get it. Fits perfectly. As long as everything is clean it slides easily. We use it to collect compost scraps. At the end of the day we took it under the rollout and put a brush and a scrubby in.

Now this is an amazing strainer! I doubt it will ever break. Love it for fruits, vegetables, and even pasta.

I hesitated splurging on this, because who pays this much for a colander? But I have a new Kraus sink, and so I took a shot… and it’s the best decision ever. It’s huge, deep, and does not budge even when dumping a giant pot of spaghetti noodles over it. Have also used it for rinsing vegetables. Can also be used for a drying rack. Depending on the size of your sink, you could leave it in place forever. Well worth the money.
