I just had the first trial run, I opted to follow the recipe in the recipe book to the T. Made the custard style vanilla ice cream. Just churned and transferred to the chilled container to set in freezer now. Excited to taste it. The anglaise for quite tasty, i used good quality vanilla paste. Looks very promising. About 1 litre of ice cream made . The machine is compact and damn easy to use. 1 tip, just plug it in an AC room , churning will be better . Took about 25 mins of churning to reach good consistency. Happy with the product. Excited to actually try many different fresh fruit recipes too soon

This is a nice product but manufacturer is cheap! They fill little less than half liquid in freezing bowl so effectively we can make only half of the ice cream of said volume! I would have given 5 stars if they provide full capacity freezing liquid in freezing bowl.

Would have given 10⭐️ stars if I had an option. Such an awesome product!! The delivery was superb and packaging excellent. Follow the instructions to the letter and you WILL have amazing, clean homemade ice-cream. I made vanilla chocochip ice-cream with egg yolks that was impressive. 1. Product despatched in time. Well packed 2. It is a little delicate product and care has to be taken while using it. Therefore rating of 4 stars. Still worth buying. 3. Very easy to use. Instructions and videos very clear and precise. 4. Worth buying a spare bowl if preparing ice-cream, sorbets and granitas frequently. 5. The end result is excellent. 6. I follow a plant based diet and so finding vegan ice creams is a bit of a challenge. Most of the brands use coconut milk or coconut cream and I don't like the taste of coconut. There are many recipes for home made ice creams which do not use coconut and so I thought I would try making a vegan ice cream at home. I recently purchased this ice cream maker, and I couldn't be happier with the result. It is incredibly easy to use, The instructions are straightforward, and the texture of the ice cream is creamy and absolutely delicious. I've experimented with various plant-based recipes, and every time, the ice cream comes out smooth and creamy, Overall, this ice cream maker has exceeded my expectations, making it easy to enjoy delicious, creamy, plant-based ice cream at home! Not worth buying an ice cream maker. Too much effort to make one at home in this machine. Just buy the ice creams from stores. Unfortunately I can’t return the machine.

With a lot of hopes and anticipation my kid ordered this as he is a Chef by passion. The day we got it he had all his ice cream mixtures and ingredients ready (worth close to 800 bucks) and he had kept everything ready as per the temperature requirement. And then came the disappointing moment - 1) As we tried to switch on the machine the second time after doing the first initial check the LED display went bad and 2) Even after swirling and keeping the machine functioning for almost an hour the ice cream never came upto life/was not ready. After giving the machine some rest as we thought it had its share of run it stopped workign... never switched on until multiple tries. Not worth the money at all - please do your own assessment before the money gets paid out from your respective wallets.
