Reclining Hydraulic Salon Barber Chair

The chairs seat is nice and wide, soft and comfortable but it does not lift up high enough

I ordered this chair for a very small in home salon that required me to save space. It arrived quickly, I put it together in about twenty minutes by myself. I had read every review and question and answer before buying so I had an idea of what might need adjustment and how to do it. The seat back under preasure did fall back slowly but I adjusted the small shock that controlled the seat back and no more problem. The chair at its highest point can feel a bit tippy but check the pin under the chair and make sure it's fully seated in the notch. It worked perfectly with the shampoo sink which I installed at standard height, but since the chair can be adjusted for height even with the seat back your heavier to smaller customers can be comfortable while getting shampoed. Over all I think it's a great chair for the price, it's comfortable and the foot pump works perfectly. Thank you so much for this affordable salon chair

Great chair. Easy to assemble. No issues whatsoever. My husband put it together in minutes. The rubber cover for the base does slide off, but that seems to be typical for all chairs. Also I move it a lot, so probably my fault. That said, easy to move, easy to clean. If you are super tall it might not lift enough for you. I'm 5'7 and it's just high enough for me.

Complete garbage! DO NOT BUY!... It's cheap & poorly made... It's flimsy & the leg rest is wayyy too short... Plus the hydraulic element does not work... It doesn't go up & down... And when you tilt it back it feels like the whole thing is going to tip over... Spend the extra money & get a better chair!Update: called customer service to see if there was anything they could do... Nope!! If you get this chair & you're unhappy with it then you're screwed! There customer service was awful!

I absolutely love this chair! It works well with my portable shampoo bowl. The hydraulic pump works perfect and goes up high enough for my height of 5’8”, at first I thought the foot pump was backwards but I Installed it wrong so I flipped it over and it worked perfectly! and I love the extras that it came with... love it!! I can’t say it enough!

I would hope to be contacted by the manufacturing company about this product. The product itself was easy to assemble and seemed sturdy. However, after 3 uses the seat hydraulics began to slowly decline and now when the seat is pumped up to the right height it slowly loses height. There is now way to manually adjust the settings on the seat hydraulics so the only way I see to fix this issue is a complete return and replacement. Trouble with that is I can't afford to send it back paying shipping out of pocket and I have not heard back from the manufacturer as to how they plan to handle this situation. I would hope they would send out a replacement chair with a return box and shipping label so I can return the "defective" chair. I'm hoping my less than stellar review will garner the attention I need to resolve this issue. Bottom line: Good build, relatively comfy chair but hydraulics are not the best quality and customer service is lacking.

The putting together took a bit longer than expected. It’s a good start out chair but if you have larger clientele I would suggest upgrading to a professional hydraulic chair. My husband is a husky 300 pound man and he doesn’t feel safe in it. So keep that in mind. I bought two to have one at my station and one at my shampoo bowl due to hydraulics. I didn’t want to have my shampoo bowl too low and have to bend over.

This product looked like what I wanted. I was careful to select a reclining chair that did not have a lever that I would accidentally hit with my knee. Package arrived in a timely manner and was easy to assemble. However, it is not as sturdy as it appears and tends to "rock" from side to side with movement. The seat itself is wide, which is desireable. The foot rest is much too short for people with long legs, the chair sits obscenely low to the ground, and does not go up nearly high enough for me (which causes lower back pain). Side note: I am 5'10". I waited about a month after initial use to leave this review, thinking that perhaps I just needed to "adjust" to a different piece of equipment. However, I am still not satisfied with the way this equipment is working for me. I will likely need to order a different chair in the near future.

So when I got this chair it don't come with instructions In how to put it together, second the pump is upside down which is so stupid and third is comfortable and hold the weight nicely for bigger people.
