Mislabeled product
This product contains only small amount of magnesium bisglycinate, and it contains mostly magnesium oxide which is the poorest form of magnesium, and it’s not listed on the product ingredients here. You only find out when you receive the item, and this is also non returnable. Never gonna shop from this brand again.

Ich nehme das Magnesiumglycinat 400mg nun seit einigen Wochen und bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Die Kapseln lassen sich leicht schlucken und haben keinen unangenehmen Nachgeschmack. Besonders gut gefällt mir die gut verträgliche Bisglycinat-Form. Seit ich das Produkt regelmäßig einnehme, habe ich den Eindruck, dass meine Muskelkrämpfe nach und nach seltener werden. Ob das ausschließlich am Magnesium liegt, kann ich natürlich nicht mit Sicherheit sagen, aber ich bin mit der bisherigen Entwicklung zufrieden. Die Kapseln vertrage ich sehr gut, auch mein Magen macht keine Probleme. Die Packung reicht lange und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aus meiner Sicht gut. Ich würde das Produkt wieder kaufen.
