ComfiLife Back Pillow provided me with excellent lumbar support! Allows me to sit at 90 degrees which is my perfect comfort zone for good posture support. Comes with 2 attached adjustable straps which keep the cushion in place as well as 2 extra extension straps in the event you have a chair with a wide back. The Comfilife back pillow is sleek, fit nicely on a chair with a narrow back. I used the 2 extension straps vertically through the slats and attached at the top of the chair to assist in keeping the pillow in position due to it being a narrow backed dining chair. Great support and back relief, ComfiLife !

This is absolutely the best back support I’ve tried. I have degenerative disc disease in my neck and back, and good posture support is non-negotiable for me. This lumbar pillow has made a noticeable difference in how I sit throughout the day. The contoured memory foam supports my lower back exactly where I need it and helps keep my spine in a more natural position instead of slouching. It’s firm but still comfortable, and I like that it responds to body heat without feeling flimsy or collapsing over time. The adjustable strap makes it easy to secure to my office chair and even move it to my car or recliner when needed. The breathable mesh cover is a bonus—it doesn’t get hot and is easy to remove and clean. When my previous back support attachment to my desk chair broke, I needed a new one and found the ComfiLife Lumbar Support Back Pillow. I had debated whether to get a larger, full back coverage type, but am glad I chose this one as once it's placed correctly, it provides excellent support to the area that corrects posture and thus, makes hours at the computer a bit more bearable. The pillow is made of memory foam with a mesh cover. The two elastic straps at the back of the pillow have sturdy, locking plastic closures. There are two short elastic straps with the same closures that are available to extend the existing ones. For my desk chair, the extensions were not needed. The pillow is hand-wash only. The pillow comes with an "activate your lifetime warranty" card with a QR code on it. According to the directions buyers have 14 days to activate to receive their full warranty and exclusive discounts. There's also an email to contact the company with any questions. I don't like that you have to activate a warranty. The pillow slips around a bit on the plastic sides of my executive-style (high back) desk chair, but it's easy to position it and comfortable once in place. It is firm, but not hard. It will push you forward a bit so be prepared to sit forward more than you are used to if using this pillow. I am 5'6" and 155 pounds. I use a footrest at my desk and have a memory foam pillow I sit on to take the stress off my spine. This lumbar pillow works for me. I feel like I'm more ergonomically placed at my desk and my back feels better when using it. I have degenerative disc disease in my cervical and low-thoracic spine, so anything I can do to help feel better - I do it. For that reason, I'm liking this pillow and would recommend it to others in combination with the things I've mentioned. I would say that some larger framed people may find this pillow to be too small. It fits my low back just right without any overhang on either side of my waist, which is 32".

This lumbar support is fantastic! I just received it and strapped it in the driver’s seat of my truck. It feels so good and provides the kind of support that I am looking for that I just ordered a second one for use in my TV chair. I’m confident that it will feel as good as the first one.

As a rule, I hate memory foam. It's too soft and squishy, no support. It loses what firmness it has in double time. However, I am hopeful this cushion will be the exception to that rule. It is super comfortable so far, and the straps hold it in just the right position in my car. I already see a big improvement in my neck and shoulder pain. (along with PT) I will be posting in the future to attest to how long it holds its firmness.

Bought this along with the seat cushion. This lumbar support pillow works and easily adjusts to a variety of chair sizes. I returned it with the seat cushion as I bought them together and since the seat cushion didn't work, I didn't need this support with my new chair I purchased with lumbar support.

I have a slight discomfort in my back that is only really noticeable if I sleep in a wrong position. I tweaked my back twice about 5 years ago so I probably have a slight herniated disc. I drive semi so this is probably why it hasn't totally healed yet. So I had peviously bought another lumbar support a few weeks ago thast is just a round 4 inch diameter cushion. I immediadtely noticed improvement at days end on the overall feel of my back. And even at night that one position that I could not sleep did not hurt as much. But then I was given a new truck where the seat was different so that circular cusion did not work anymore. So I bought this and when I first used it, it reaaly felt much better. But it takes some getting use to on the exact placement. You also have to make sure your seated just right and that your chairs height, back and other settings are just right. With me as a driver my drivers seat already has many settings that supposedly helps with lower back support like adding air support for the lower back. These designs are hit and miss and I had to let the air out of the seat when using this cushion. I found as a man if you have it to high, it will press against your kidneys all day and you will have a sore feeling in your kidney area if not placed right. Then I wished it was contoured and tapered a little more at the top then I would not experienve that discomfort. So these products are very hit and miss but will generally help with lower back pain. Its like they are very chair design dependent. There is one out there right for you the main chair you use it for. Now the trick is finding it. Good luck.

Este es un excelente soporte, se debe de colocar de la manera correcta. En un inicio puede parecer incomodo, ya que tu cuerpo se esta acostumbrando a su nueva postura (la correcta), pero después de 3 meses de uso es un alivio colocarme de pie al final de la jornada (8horas +) y no sentir el cansancio en la espalda. A mi gusto tiene el acolchonado correcto (es rígido, se siente el soporte) y, si bien no es transpirable y puede llegar a ser cálido, no incomoda y al poco tiempo olvidas que se encuentra ahí.
