Loved it
As an aerialist, this is a great feature that helps to improve grip for shows. Please do not use it during warm up or conditioning as you dont want to develop a dependency to this article but we love iiiit. Easy to use, great duration and very effective

Great for Pole! Loved it.
This spray is dope! I started at a gym that does pole dancing and really liked pole but was having a hard time doing moves because my hands would keep slipping down. It was really frustrating because I was building the strength needed to do the moves but because my hands sweat a lot I couldn't do them. One spray of this and I was stuck to the pole Like Glue! The class was so much more fun and I was able to work on my technique and improved really fast after that. The only caveat though, is it really does make your hands sticky so it's definitely going to be harder and less graceful when you're trying to slide your hands on/around the pole. A couple of other girls in my class were using mine too and they really liked it. I tried DryHands brand too. I liked this one better bc it was stronger grip and stayed longer between applications. The dry hands work but seemed like a Milder version and I kept having to reapply a lot. Where is this one made my hands sticky where I could stick to the pole easier, dry hands made my hands dryers so that my sweat didn't keep me from sticking to the pole. But as soon as I started sweating again I was sliding down again. I think maybe dry hands are better for performances so you can still look graceful in your transitions but this one is better for Learning and practicing because you can go a much longer time and it offers more sticking power.

Plan to stick to the pole indefintely
I'm a sweaty Italian polerina and I can say with absolute certainty that this stuff will make you Stick for a good while. I've tried clear grip, itac2, and just virgin hands, but this stuff is my go to favorite. But buyer beware. DO NOT use on the inner thighs unless you want your thighs to be stuck in one position on the pole or suffer the third degree pole burn wrath. I was crying as I was trying to wash the stuff off my legs post practice and my poor tender, inner thighs were suffering for days. Not even the best chub rub powder could stop the extreme sensitivity. Now the smell isn't exactly subtle either, so just be prepared for that, but it's not offensive enough to be banned from the studio. Love it for the hands and back of legs. Just not the thighs. Will be buying again.

THE best pole grip
I have tried at least 4 other pole grips and I hated them all compared to this one. Girls have asked me to try it and every time they do they want the link, there is nothing out there comparable to this one. The way it stays tacky on the hands and the pole is amazing. I think it being an aerosol makes a huge difference as well. I would give this 10 stars if I could !!!

SO helpful
I donโt know why my fingers are so slick and dry. Sometimes I feel like Iโm trying to pick up something with rice paper for fingers. Anyway, I keep a couple of these cans here and there and in my purse. I use it quite often. Itโs a godsend at the grocery store to open those dang plastic bags. Iโve actually found other uses for it besides on my body. I sprayed a slippery little hairpin, and it held better without getting into my hair. My fingertips are so smooth actually canโt be fingerprinted. Whatโs that about? I tried the little sticky containers and car in my purse, but it wasnโt tactile enough for me and didnโt last

Pole dance grip
I was using this for pole grip in the summer months. It was decent but you need to keep applying. Itโs very sticky and hard to get off the surfaces. I would say decent for body use but not so much hands as youโll just have to keep applying. Will need to scrub it off though.

Love it
As a pairs figure skater when lifting a partner we need our hands to be dry for a better grip, yet not too sticky. This product is perfect.

Not a replacement for "Tuf-Skin" spray, and smells very bad
Does not last nearly as long as 'tuf-skin' spray which is hard to find at a reasonable price. I need to re-spray my hands a lot more often, but it does the job. If you are at all sensitive to scents don't buy this. I'm only a little sensitive to scents and I can't stand the smell, it's strong and bad. I basically am forcing myself to use it so it doesn't go to waste. Shop around. I got another brand on Amazon that works a bit better (still not as well as tuf-skin) and barely has a scent at all.
