If u use a lot u can justify price. Excellent for roasting chicken or meat. Very good for health as no aluminum or plastic used. Quality is top. Can see through during cooking.

A joy to cook with
Have been looking for this for a long time to use to cook things that shouldn’t be cooked with metal cookware. The size is good for making soup to feed a party of 5-6 easily. I like that it’s heat resistant and that I can leave the food in it to store overnight. It’s a bit heavy so need to be extra careful while washing it

Exellent, resilient, but pricey.
An excellent piece. Can be used over direct flames. Withstands high thermal shocks. Very expensive, though. This model has almost gone extinct. What a loss!
