A really great hair product, has really grown and strengthen my hair and the results lasts for up to a week "if" ur lazy to shower. Also prevents much damage to hair when using flat iron or curlers etc and it smells goood.

The shampoo is gentle but really helps keep my hair clean without stripping it completely. Really good shampoo. I’ve noticed the smell doesn’t stick to my hair which is a good thing!

Smells absolutely amazing, does a good job for curly hair - some reviews mentioning it makes it oily however it takes understanding what products are suitable for your hair as opposed to this product making your hair oily.

Don’t buy it. It’s not the shampoo you used to know! I’m telling you, believe it! Save yourself the heartache of wasting your money. It’s runny and clumpy and oily. It’s not the shea moisture shampoo you’re used to. Listen to the reviews and skip past this. Worst part is that I usually order this when my preferred shampoo can’t be delivered when I need it, I guess this is punishment for my lack of patience. Don’t be like me, believe the reviews and you won’t be doing a remorseful rant on amazon reviews.

Wow, what a great product! The scent is absolutely beautiful, and my hair stayed soft, luscious, and hydrated for days after the very first wash. I also noticed a visible reduction in psoriasis along my hairline, which was a fantastic surprise.I recently tried another Shea Moisture product after a recommendation from my cousin (we have similar curly, afro-textured hair) and I loved it, so I felt quite confident trying this shampoo and conditioner combo... and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s definitely high quality and now a new staple in my routine.

I use it as a hair oil remover before my main shampoo and it is the best quality.

I am Caucasian and have 3b/3c hair. I have never used this product before so was surprised at how watery the formula is. I always struggle with build up and haven’t found anything that tackles it without being super drying, until now! This left my hair soft, buildup free and smelling amazing. Due to the watery texture it spreads easily so I don’t find myself using loads up to reach all the places in my hair and it lathers enough to feel clean. It’s not sticky (as I have found some shampoos are!) and leaves me with super soft hair. I use this in conjunction to the Shea moisture curl hibiscus conditioner and it’s the best combination I have found so far. It left me with beautiful curls as soon as I got out the shower and leaves my hair feeling clean and buildup free between washes. I have used a lot of different shampoos and have found that for my hair type (ringlets, easily dry out, smooth hair texture, thick hair) that this is the best! Couldn’t recommend enough!
