I have very severe eczema on the palms of my hands. I use this wonderful cream every night under my cotton gloves and I find my hands don't itch like they do without the cream. I'd recommend this to any sufferer any time.

Very effective with my son who has eczema since birth. Unscented which is great for kids who has allergic rhinitis like my son. Preferably apply before sleep so that they won't wipe it off.
