Tastes fine, but takes a little getting used to.
I've been using this powder for over a year. I switched to egg white from whey because I was having a lot of digestive issues with whey. At first I was worried that the taste was going to be nasty from reading all the reviews here, but I gave it a shot. While there is a definite taste difference from whey, it's not really all that bad, at least to me. The vanilla flavor mixed solely with water produces a sort of meringue type of flavor and feel, not really unpleasant. I got used to it within about a week. Mixing it in with fruit smoothies is great, it adds a vanilla flavor and is not gritty or clumpy. However, adding it to milk and stirring with a spoon or fork makes it clump up like crazy, and it becomes very difficult to drink. I found that putting it into a blender and properly blending it makes it mix with milk much easier. It does create a froth when you let it sit after blending, but a quick swirl around dissolves it back into liquid.I'm very pleased with this protein powder and will continue to buy. As always, flavor is subjective. I'm fine with it, you may not be.

Eggactly what I was looking for and a great price.
If you want something without all those preservatives and chemicals that have names you can't pronounce, and a protein powder that is gluten, dairy, and sugar free then look no further. It's made with stevia, and I couldn't believe 1 scoop was only 100 calories. I wouldn't classify this as a complete meal replacement since it's pretty much egg whites, but it is very filling. It does tend to clump, but I think that depends on what you mix with it. Firstly we are talking about eggs here and egg whites are quite gooey out of the shell. So would they not naturally have a harder time mixing than other powders? Secondly the reason it has a harder time mixing completely is because it doesn't have all those added chemicals which keeps a powder like this from separating. Personally this powder taste so great that the clumps are no big deal, and I would rather keep the extra chemicals found in our food now a days to a limit. I haven't tried mixing with juice, but the best method I've found is with almond milk and a fork. Guess what almond milk has in it? Yep those chemicals I was telling you about that help keep the almond milk from separating out so it tends to help more rather than regular milk.

Add milk to this egg protein shake and now you have one of the best muscle growing shakes with natural aminos! Taste is a malt egg taste and mixes and dissolves easy. Doesn't upset my stomach and very clean; with low calorie content I look jacked like Hugh Jackman! All I'm missing is some adamantium claws and yellow tights!

Good for what I need!
I have dietary restrictions and hormonal difficulties, so whey protein isn't an ideal option for me. I ordered this as a substitute for post-workout whey protein shakes that I mix with with almond milk. After using it for about a week, I've learned that it can be a bit finnicky to work with but it is worth it in my opinion if you have needs that necessitate something other than whey. I will say that the taste is surprisingly pretty good, unless you get a straight unmixed clump, then it's a bit salty. The smell is also pleasant! The scoop size is just like any other protein scoop as far as I can tell. However, blending this is not fun. It acts almost like powdered sugar when dry, but clumps a bit like pizza dough when wet. I tried mixing with a fork first (before using the shaker ball) which did kind of help. When you mix whey, it dissolves relatively simply, but this kind of curds together a bit more. You probably have to shake and blend twice as much as you would with whey, in my experience. I found that using a tiny bit of another protein powder (I use PB Fit) adds to the vanilla taste and makes it a bit more blendable. Shake WELLLLLL before drinking, but it is good! Given that options are limited for my needs, the value for the money compared to other options isn't bad! I do plan to repurchase.

Super high Quality! You can feel it!!
Great protein Mix. I feel healthier after I have my shake1 Scoop NOW egg white powder, 1 T olive oil, extra virgin Pompeon (high-quality oil), 1/4 c wild blueberries (wild, frozen is much healthier; wild only!), and 1/4 cup Rspberries or peaches or pineapple, a little vanilla, cloves, and cinnamon. Immersion stick soooo good I drink it after breakfast before lunch for energy all day.
