It has only been 3 days and I can already feel an improvement in my body. I’ve been a runner, into HIIT, and am not afraid to get my hands dirty outdoors. With that comes aches, pains, & inflammation. Being 45 now, I feel pain every day. My knees, hips, shoulders. After the 1st day, I realized that my knees weren’t hurting. The 2nd day I realized that my hips weren’t either. I was popping everything all the time. So far, I’m good. No pops,pressure, or pain. Impressive. I feel a bit relaxed as well. Kinda just not stressed. Bonus, my appetite seems to have subsided as well. We’ll see if this all continues. I will update in a month. ***update*** Sadly the pains returned. Now, it’s sort of just dull. I sleep better, and the appetite thing I believe is because I’m focused on doing other things and not about being hungry. I do suggest drinking more water as it seems I urinate more frequently. I do up my dose on some days when I feel overwhelmed or the joint pain/stiffness is annoying. It does help. I’m not a doctor so consult with your physician before doing anything. My husband takes this supplement as well and loves it. He has tremors in his hand and they have noticeably decreased over the past few months of taking this. He doesn’t increase recommended dosage. Ok. That’s it!
