I can't justify spending $5 on coffee drinks, but loved the frozen ones and found a coffee shop who could do "low carb" drinks. I had inquired with the barista about how these were made and he showed me the can of Big Train. At any rate the Cafe de Vita was OK, I ended up buying this and found it is much, much better. It is really easy-some ice, my cooled leftover coffee from the morning and a scoop of Big Train mocha, and blend. I think that works out to $1.25 or $1.50 per drink. Reviewer said this lasts a long time; I wasn't quite sure what that meant. Pretty much one Frappe per day for a month is what I figured, then have to drop another $33. I wish the company would lower the price so I can keep up with my habit, and work it into my grocery budget. I don't know yet if it will help me lose weight--the barista said he lost 50 lbs drinking it, so I hope so. It does take the bite out of my afternoon sugar cravings, but I am hungry about an hour later, but it does help. Overall I love the product and am happy I can make these at home.
