My go-to Vitamin D and brand
I absolutely love this Vitamin D3 by Solgar, as it is made from high quality ingredients, which has helped me tremendously. Vitamin D in slightly higher dosage are especially helpful and beneficial to those who doesnโt get much sunlight. The softgels are just tiny, which is very easy to swallow. It doesnโt smell bad and leaves no undesirable aftertaste. Theyโre also easier to absorb than tablet forms as they are made in soft gels form.
