The product itself feels very heavy when you take it out of the box. You have to fold it carefully so that it will fit inside a microwave and it is then rather hot to handle getting it back into the material cover but it really is worth it because the relief to my shoulder pain was immense. So far I have only used it once (last night) but I had a much better nights' sleep and a lot less pain & stiffness today. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

This seems to be fairly easy to use and gives a pleasantly warm feeling around neck and shoulders. I bought this as I do not like wheat filled items but am quite concerned about the weight of it as the last thing I need with a sore neck and shoulders is a heavy weight to carry on them.

I ordered this gel pack as I have been struggling with shoulder/neck ache since working from home, and it works perfectly. The pack is so easy to use, whether you want to heat it in the microwave or freeze it and use it when it’s cold. It’s perfectly designed, and sits nicely - covering all areas of my shoulders and round the neck. This product is designed/fits so much better than any other products I’ve used previously. I got this for my neck pain and it worked well for quite awhilebut burst and the liquid inside leakedout. I used it EXACTLY as directed so it was not something I did.

Ordered this i've been suffering with neck and shoulder pain as i adjust to working at the dining room table, its also cold sitting around the house all day. Today is the first day i've used it and i am impressed, super easy to use - 3 minutes in the microwave its really warm and cosy around my shoulders. I'm going to order another one for my partner to use as he also suffers with shoulder pain

I bought this some time ago so warranty is not applicable. I have only used it about 8 times. Relief was good. Unfortunately I have used it today as neck pain is significant and when I took it out of the microwave, following instructions to the letter, the bag split open and a sticky VERY hot tar like substance stuck to both of my thumbs. VERY painful and has left blisters. I would never use this product, I will go back to using oat filled bags which can be used in microwave. Think very carefully, I could have had a much worse outcome.

Easy to reheat and comfortable to use but the warmth just doesn't last very long. Microwave them for too long and they are uncomfortably hot to put on, get them comfortable to start and the warmth doesn't last, so can be a tricky balancing act for you.

Je l’utilise pour l’instant en froid sur mon épaule cassée . La taille est correcte . L’étui se détache bien et m’a permis de mettre d autres poches de glace . Reste assez lourd et encombrant .
