It made me feel worse, not better.I followed the dosage instructions exactly and made no other changes to my routine, so I’m convinced this product didn’t agree with my body at all. If you're sensitive or prone to side effects, please be very cautious. Everyone's body is different, but my experience was negative enough that I wouldn’t recommend this product to others.

I've been experimenting with natural options to reduce my high intensity anxiety and found this. I'm so pleased it balances my mood by making me feel less agitated or overwhelmed feelings of negative out bursts. I work in retail and service a very large percentage of people daily and they can frankly get on my last nerve quickly lol.It's high enough dose that I take one every morning and it's fine for about the full work shift and if I feel edgy take one more before I leave to come home. It helps reduce those rush and hurry to get things done dinner etc., because I always feel like I'm running out of time to get things completed before bed time.
