CoQ10 is a potent antioxidant and a key component in any supplement regimen when working to improve cardiovascular health and/or energy levels. I purchased this on the recommendation of other trusted reviewers and I've not been disappointed. When buying any form of CoQ10, you need to be sure that it's easily absorbed by your body; some forms are more easily absorbed than others and in my personal experience, I've found liquids like this and Q-Gel capsules to be the best. If you're interested, you can learn much more detail from this great book by Dr. Stephen Sinatra: Reverse Heart Disease Now: Stop Deadly Cardiovascular Plaque Before It's Too Late This seems to be an exceptionally high-quality supplement; we add it to our morning smoothie, so it's really easy to take. I'm sure you could even take it by the spoonful, but since it's a concentrated supplement, it's best taken with food. Do not take on an empty stomach. NOW's liquid CoQ10 formulation has some additional B Vitamins that make it a step above other liquid forms I've seen. Each teaspoon provides 100 mg CoQ10, 30iu Vitamin E (from mixed tocopherols), 10 mg D-Ribose, 5 mg NAD, and small amounts of B-3, B-6, B-12, and B-5. So far, this is the best CoQ10 I've used, and my husband and I have been taking some form of CoQ10 for at least a decade. I REALLY wish I could say the same for myself, but my husband frequently gets compliments on the fact that he looks 20 years younger than his actual age. I think the CoQ10 is part of the reason. Highly recommended!

Tastes orangey. I don't find it bad. Just take a teaspoon of it. Small glass jar. I don't find it hard to get down. Will continue to buy.
