Bottom Loading Water Dispenser, SDM-WD3438BG Black/ Stainless Steel Finish, Best for Home Kitchen & Office, Hot, Cold & Normal

After 5 years of use, it finally stopped working. I’ll try to fix it, but if I’m not lucky, I’ll definitely buy a new one!

On opening the box i found a small hole in the top of the unit that looked like someone had dropped something on it but was not too concerned about this cosmetic defect. On plugging in water started to pour from the unit as though the internal plumbing had not been connected. I filed a return request due to the faulty item and this was accepted. When the delivery driver arrived to collect the unit (fully wrapped and boxed as per it's delivery packaging) he refused to take the box and failed to give any reason for this.

Good quality but little noisy when pump work

This is the worst water dispenser not even worth 100 dirham. Bought it on 1/1 so it's less than a year the sound is so loud! Now it's not working anymore and i tried to call panasonic for warranty service, they were very rude and the customer service are useless! I'm throwing out this product and will buy something else for sure

After two years, the cold water thermostat failed. Then the entire unit failed 4 months later. Disappointing.

Does exactly what is supposed to do and looks good as well. I am happy with my purchase. Good water flow and fast cooling

الماء بارد ثلج ممتازه لكن عيبها الوحيد انها تحميل سفلي تحط دبة المويه من تحت كل ماجيت تشرب يشتغل الدينو زيادة استهلاك كهرب على الفاضي ممكن يتعطل الدينمو انصح بالتحميل العلوي اقل استهلاك للكهرب لك ولزمان وخصوصاً من شركة بناسنونك ممتازه
