Are they the same consistency as the tubes? Are the bottles soft enough to have control of squeezed onto canvas?

Hi there, Yes, the 500ml Acrylic Colour paint is the same consistency as the Acrylic Colour paint in the tubes. The bottles will flex so you can squeeze paint out. Hope this helps.

Are these paints nontoxic?

The bottle does not say but they are water soluble and recommended for students.

Can these paints be used on ho plastic building structures? stated "can be used on some plastics. thank you.

Yes. I would perhaps find a primer and a sealant to use before and after the paint respectively.

Can i get caps for one litre size set need 12 to replace the pumps. Paint spewed everywhere and will dry out very disappointed

Measure the diameter of the bottle mouth and look for them online. They should be standard size. Hope it helps future buyers.
