Review: Sonax Perfect Finish is one of the best and most versatile polishes on the market today - Very good quality polish and good value for the money. Even a novice can get good results with Sonax products including Perfect Finish. Just couple this to a good quality polishing pad or finishing pad and use with either a Dual Action polisher or Rotary Polisher. Make sure you buy 3 or 4 pads or you'll have to clean your pads frequently. If you have 3 or 4 pads, you can switch out the pad after every few panels which will keep your polishing consistency about the same around the entire vehicle. If not, you may lose polishing ability as the pad gets loaded up with dead paint or polishing residue. If you only have one pad, plan on washing out that pad after every few panels. Then "spin dry" it on your polisher set to the highest setting to spin out any remaining water and get it as dry as possible before you start polishing again. This is perfectly acceptable, it just takes more time than having a few extra pads and just changing them out after a few panels of polishing. This polish is easy to use and gives you a really good "glossy" final finish after wipe down. It's also pretty easy to wipe off the panel and as long as you don't use excessive amounts of polish. **Q: Is the smaller 8.5 oz product the same Sonax perfect finish 4/6? The picture and description do not show the 4/6 designation.**
A: Hi,Yes and no. From what I understand the 4/6 is perfect finish but made for use with random orbital polishers where the original perfect finish was designed to work primarily with rotary. I purchased this product a few months back and it was perfect finish not the 4/6.

**Q: Did you polish come with a seal? Mine came without, just wondering if mine was opened before it being sent to me. Thanks in advance.**
A: I don’t recall a seal. It works fantastic and goes a long way. The small bottle polished about 4 cars.

**Q: What king of polisher and pad is recommended for this product?**
A: Rotary or dual-action buffer would work just fine, I believe sonax recommends a orange medium polishing pad for moderate swirl removal. Although depending on the severity of the imperfections and how soft/hard the paint is you could use a more/less aggressive pad to achieve the desired result.

**Q: Is that product good to remove or fix overspray and rough spots on spray painted alloy wheels? They were redone a coupe of weeks ago.**
A: Not sure But most top waxes are suppose to be good removing overspray

Very good quality polish and good value for the money. Even a novice can get good results with Sonax products including Perfect Finish. This is a class product with excellent results. The cutting on this product is excellent but you need to cut at a slow speed. It has excellent scratch removal and polishes to a lovely looking finish. It's easy to use and with a decent buffer makes the work a breeze. It's a one time application with very pleasing results for a decent price. This product is the goto cutting product and once you have used it you can see why. I will definitely be using this product again.
