I bought it on June 15, and I have only used it twice. Today is my third time using it, but it is no longer working properly. It wasn’t used heavily because I only used it once a week, and I only used it for 5 pieces of clothing. Now, on July 1, I wanted to use it again, but it’s not working properly anymore.

didn’t work from the start and still not working, item is brand new - no steam coming out but light is working and head is heating up

احببت المنتج جدا .. من ناحية الجودة وسهولة الاستخدام ولكنه وصلني معطلا للأسف عندما يكون جاهزا واضغط علىزر الطاقة يصدر صوتا ولا يضخ بخارا .. احسست بخيبة أمل .. حاولت اكثر من مرة ولكن لا فائدة مازال لا يضخ البخار .. اضطررت لارجاعه للأسف
