Device was not working
I was very excited as I have been using Kenwoodโs other products. But this one did not work. I had plugged in the switch, turned it on but there was no indicator light. I waited for five minutes but still there was no indicator light neither the plates got hot. Unfortunately the machine did not work fromThe beginning so I had returned it. Just a side note, the switch works fine, I wa using my water kettle with it.

Worth it
Very nice sandwich and waffle maker... Though while making sandwich it doesn't close tightly, maybe because it also opens 180degrees. It has a funny smell though once it starts heating... But am thinking maybe thats cause its new. Generally just what inwas looking for.

An average cooker, requiring a switch-equipped outlet. Otherwise you have to take the plug in and out.Cooks well, plenty of inlets. I have absolutely nothing to complaint about after a half-year use.

Stopped working after a couple of months. Got it fixed at the service centre but stopped working again.

at first I was very happy with my purchase, but after a month or two, it has stopped working without it being dropped or badly handled. I would not recommend this.Now I have come back and I found out the problem why it stopped working. It was because of the adapter. Not the machine itself. So I wanted to change my review and tell anyone who wanted to buy it, that is is nice for making waffles and toasted sandwiches.
