Excellent Catfishing Reel — I’m Switching My Other Reels to These
I’ve been using the Piscifun Chaos XS 60 for catfishing and have been very impressed with it. I fish with heavy braid, large sinkers and cut bait, and I need a reel that I can depend on when a big catfish decides to take off. The Chaos XS 60 has been smooth, casts well, has plenty of line capacity, and the drag has performed exactly like I need it to. Most importantly, the levelwind has been reliable and I haven’t had to constantly mess with or repair anything. I own other round baitcasting reels in this price range, and after having repeated levelwind problems with one of them, I’ve decided to start replacing those reels with Chaos XS 60s. For the money, I think this is an excellent reel for catfishing. It has the capacity and strength I want without spending a fortune, and so far it has taken everything I’ve thrown at it. I already own more than one, and I plan on buying more. That probably says more than anything else I could put in a review.

Great for the money
Love these reels. Smooth and cast for ever. I ordered the 50 after seeing it on youtube was not disappointed. Ordered another 50 and a 60. All 3 are excellent for the money

Nice reel for this price point.
This feels like a well made reel. I use it on puget sound to troll for salmon. I bought a second one and the drag has a refined resolution and I have landed a number of fish on these reels. Time will tell but this feels like a product that should cost more.

Decent quality but doesnt include written instructions.
It seems to be a good quality reel for the money, Im a beginner so an operation manual or at least a link to one would have been helpful. Now Im forced to find detailed info on line which is a challenge.

Awesome!!!
I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I ended up buying 4, 2 for me and 2 left handed for my son. These are awesome reels. Like others have said I wish the bait clickers were a little louder and the button to engage the clicker a little more tactile. Overall I am very impressed. Matched up with a Berkley Big Game rod and you are around $80 total for a solid catfish setup.
