Excellent product
Excellent product. Works as described and working fine. It is about 10 days of working and so far no issues. Ample programmability is provided to the user so that one can adjust the settings as desired. I was looking for NEON60(HV), but looks like it is discontinued, so had to go for Surya60(HV). Packing was also very good and delivered without damage.

Product worked for 11 months... And is no longer working. There is No On-Site service.
The product has 2 year warranty but be warned there is NO ON-SITE SERVICE OR PICK UP AND DROP SERVICE EVEN IN KEREALA. My MPPT charger ASHA POWER (Surya 60 HV) worked fine for 11 months and then it started randomly switching on n off the inverter relay repeatedly sometimes like 10 times in under 5 minutes all the while beeping non stop. Also during this time the letters in the display goes off giving a blank display with just backlight. If you don't RESET the device when this happens, it will stop charging the battery and solar power gets wasted. Resetting solves the issue for a day or two but after that the issue resurfaces and you have to reset it again . Contacted Asha Power customer care and they asked me to courier the device to them and wait for them to return it. This up n down shipping itself could potentially take weeks... add to that their servicing time it could be well over a month before I get it back all the while My Solar power is being wasted. In all I decided to get a different brand MPPT charger which has local service support. So Beware of this aspect while buying. There is NO ONSITE SERVICE EVEN IN KERALA. So the 2 year warranty is pointless once you have a hardware issue. Most reputed brand who doesn't have local onsite service at least arrange a pickup n drop facility. Expecting customers to go through the trouble of packing and shipping the product to the Asha Power head office and wait for probably weeks to get it returned is not at all a good customer experience. The least ASHA Power could do is provide a pick up n drop for products that are IN Warranty at least. Anyways I've learnt my lesson. Buy ONLY products that have onsite warranty service. Especially for things like MPPT chargers which are expected to run for years in order for you to break even the investment. Waiting for weeks to get the product shipped and returned or replacing with a new MPPT charger beats the economic viability of going Solar. Also it be great if the Product Listing mentions that there is NO ON-SITE Service, That would bring more transparency about the warranty policy and help customers make an informed purchase decision.

Its ok
Its working fine, the documentation is fine, but the paper is third grade. It would have been nice if I could stop the display at only one instance, for example I am interested only in current watt from solar. Efficiency is fine I guess, from the lower surface of the device however i have not cross verified with other devices. There is no way to off the backlight of display, which I don't like.

Working is fine no issue but after any issue for warranty cover need to send at Kerala on own cost ,it should be site replacement to avoid unnecessary delays
