This monitor mount is solid and very well-built. It holds my field monitor securely in place without slipping, and the adjustment knobs are smooth but lock tightly once set. This Small Rig field monitor mount is well made and feels very solid. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I found tilting the top was stiff, but this might be an advantage when using a field monitor as the larger ones in particular could be heavy especially with batteries mounted on the monitor. Having said that if trying to adjust on the fly, might not be so quick and easy. I haven't used it yet, I have a smaller field monitor, but wanted to get off this initial review. I will update when I use it with my field monitor.

SmallRig monitor mount is well made and simple install onto a cold shoe mount on your SmallRig cage/handle. Allowing for adjustable tilt giving you many viewing options while shooting your video.

Works as intended! No issues, easy to set up, and can practically use it on any other small rig part with the cold shoe mount.

Very sturdy. For the price this mount is great. I would recommend, especially if you have gear you want to protect. This thing is very secure.
