Who doesn’t need some extra fiber! I use these daily in my protein shakes and the quality is so good. I’m trying to buy more organic foods and this fits the bill for plant based fiber, no added preservatives, just flax seed. I feel this a great value for my money. I’ve been using this for about a month now and I’m really happy with my results. I started adding 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed to my coffee every morning, and it keeps me full most of the day, which has helped me cut back on snacking. I’ve lost 9 lbs in 1 month so far. I also love how versatile it is. I use the gel on my face and hair.
