Very poor packaging
The product has long expiry date. The tiny pearl is easy to swallow and works for me. I just hope seller improves on the packaging.

Reducción significativa en las molestias de la menstruación
Mejora significativa en los síntomas molestos de la menstruación de una adolescente: eliminación de los cólicos, reducción de los días y del volumen total del sangrado. También corrigió el estreñimiento. Esto se logró con la toma de una sola caja. Son espectaculares. La caja llegó un poco maltratada, pero eso no ha afectado su eficacia. Al ser probióticos, es necesaria una alimentación saludable con fibras solubles en los meses siguientes a su consumo para mantener su efectividad, o al menos así sucedió en este caso. Se ha consumido 1 caja cada 12 meses, no ha sido necesario más.
