Does the switchbot not already come with the Bluetooth button? Thanks

Depends what you mean by "Bluetooth button" The only connectivity out of the box is with the app on the phone. However I can recommend the units as they work exceptionally well. Thanks Mark

Can you connect 2 pairs of curtain devices to work on one remote or would you need 2 remotes?

Hello, yes you can. There are two buttons on one SwitchBot Remote. Each button can only be paired to control one action of the SwitchBot Curtain. You can program the Remote in the APP to control two devices.

Alexa, how do I connect this button to work with Alexa? I have the hub

Download the SwitchBot Smart skill in Alexa. If you are running a pair of curtains then make sure you pair them first. When Alexa runs a device search after installing the skill it will find your curtains (providing you have connected the curtains with the hub). I have set up a routine to open and close the curtains on an Alexa command. Works great.

Does it work on all curtain rails

It should as I don't have rails. Please check the size before buying.
