Why are the ingredients slightly different to the Hada Labo website? It's missing hydroxyethyl urea, which is pretty important. Is that accurate?

Just received my order on 9/12/18 and the ingredient list on the box i received matches the hada labo website (NOT the ingredient list on the amazon page). Like another purchaser who answered this question, I bought this for the urea which is the 2nd on ingredient list in the product I received but I don't see it anywhere in the ingredient list here on the Amazon page.

Does anyone know how this would compare to Clinique's Moisture Surge?

I have used both moisturizers and I found the Hada Labo to be more moisturizing than the Clinique. At the end of the day my face felt dry and in need of more moisture after using the Clinique moisturizer. I think that the Hada Labo moisturizer is much better than the Clinique moisturizer. I have eczema and very dry and sensitive skin on my face. I highly recommend the Hada Labo moisturizer.
