For the price it’s great quality. It’s helped the inflammation in my shoulder. I use it on a regular basis as the warmth is relaxing and soothing. Especially in the winter. Very light to lift and has an angle adjuster to reach different heights on your body. The three settings is helpful for short or longer sessions

Good for heat, not for FIR or NIR
This is more of a heat lamp, rather than producing spectrum of far infrared or near infrared. It is a medical device but does not have details of the spectrum it covers. It does produce a good heat which is pleasant but just not suited to my needs. I did find the bulb was too heavy for the head of the lamp to stay pointed in the most upright position
