i want something with a fairly strong scent of rose, does this have it?

Does this help with acne problems?

I received a sample from target. My face was glowing and acne free. I stopped using it (ran out) and finished using face wash I had, broke out. Bought this and my face cleared up. It’s for sensitive skin too. Hope this helps!
