A: From Naturewise's website. "What else do I need to know about NatureWise Vitamin D3?NatureWise Vitamin D3 is manufactured in the USA, using non-GMO and gluten-free ingredients. Lanolin is used as the source for vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), as it is well absorbed by the body.​Each softgel has 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 in certified organic extra virgin olive oil. The bovine derived softgel capsule is made of gelatin, glycerin, and water.NatureWise Vitamin D3 does not have yeast, wheat, gluten, dairy, corn, soy, eggs, sugar, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or hydrogenated oils."

**Q: Is there a difference between these and the Vita Optimum D3 soft gels?**
A: I'm no expert but I researched as much as I could before choosing and it came down to these 2 brands, I personally could not find a difference.  I chose the Naturewise and have been happy with them.

A: The pills are very tiny. Maybe about 5-6mm ball shape.
