These collagen pills work very well for me. It helps keep my hair thick and healthy. My skin looks younger than most women. I have been using this supplement for over 10 years. I prefer the tablet over powder formula. Easy to swallow too.

I have to say out of all my supplements I've taken over the years, this one is the only one I can identify that is actually doing positive things to my body! It's been a year since I've been in menopause and suffered the dreaded hot flashes which can be embarrassing and hard to deal with during sleeping. I've been taking this for about a month and half and though it took a few weeks to notice changes, its been well worth it. Surprisingly two weeks now and have not suffered any hot flashes!!! YES! even a friend of mine noticed that I hadn't taken out my portable fan that I carry in my purse everywhere. Funny thing is it happened gradually and one day I said to my self "OMG, I haven't had any hot flashes all week! " yes, ladies give this a try, please! I've taken many other collagen supplements and still had the dreaded hot flashes. If you take this, you need to be patient and give it at least two to 3 weeks before you notice any improvement. I take the recommended dosage of 6. Hard to swallow but a good way to get all that water you need to be drinking everyday into your body. I've also noticed that my hair has a nice sheen to it. This is the One. Been using it for years. When I first tried it I saw noticable change in my skin and it made me look younger. I recently stopped taking it for a few months and tried a cheaper brand that didn't work and could tell it wasn't doing whatever this product does. So ordered this again and as usual my skin is tightened right back up and I look younger again.
