Thanks.** A: I wipe mine every time, Nordic grey, but it’s getting stained very quickly. They look great, but in a working environment, I reckon mine will be getting chucked after a year. It’s just not a good machine, other than to look at, at first. Shame really, because they really do look great. Certainly won’t be buying another one. **Q: I have noticed the wand has burnt milk on when you take the outside off. How do I clean the wand now this milk is stuck on ?** A: Fill a cup up with water and turn the wand on which heats the water up and cleans it and leave it to soak in the boiling water. My son is a chef and I bought it for him and this was his answer. **Q: Is it bpa free?** A: All I can say is there was a really strong taste of plastic that made the tip of my tongue go numb. For three weeks I ran it constantly, using any online “solution” I could find, and it made no difference. I can’t say if it is BPA free, but it certainly didn’t feel safe. Decided I wasn’t going to take the chance and sent it back. **Q: How long is it’s warranty or guarantee?** A: Can't remember as I bought it as a gift for my daughter but it will have a minimum 12 month guarantee if it's brand new. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still going strong *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 9 May 2024* This was a replacement for the first one I bought after it developed a faulty with the steamer (wouldn't turn off!) this one works perfectly and makes a really nice coffee (or maybe that's me!!) the milk frother is efficient and a good size and the whole unit is very sturdy. The speed of the heating up is really good and it is very easy to use. Bit recommended for children obviously! The material can be hard to clean but if you clean-as-you-go l, it won't be a problem.
