Mein Go-To Kochbuch für koreanische Küche. Kommt bei mir gefühlt jede Woche raus und habe auch beinahe alle Rezepte durch. Rezepte sind gut beschrieben, die Zutaten meist gut zugänglich auch außerhalb Asiens (außer bei 1-2 Rezepten) und geschmacklich wirklich ein Fest. Alles in allem außerordentlich zufrieden.

Me encanta este libro. Soy un auténtico fanático de la comida coreana y Maangchi hace que sea fácil para todos los públicos. No tengo un nivel de inglés alto,pero para entender el libro es muy fácil. Muy recomendable . Esta mujer es adorable.

Recently I purchased three Korean cook books including simply Korean and Learning Korean. I must say This book is huge on pictures making it very lively accompanied with easy to follow Korean recipes. My happy book. Great book to have!

The book is very good, and full of practical recipes that are very straightforward to cook, and so far have all worked well for me. Only minor downside is that it's a US edition so all the measures are in cups etc instead of metric mg and ml.
