This product is so so smart and easy to use! You put your teeth on the little curved part and bite down. My boyfriend also has one and wears his around his neck. At first I thought it was some sort of toy but the skin around his eyes has visibly tightened from using it and his face and jaw muscles are way more defined which is definitely hot. Goofy, but hey, it works!!
