Is this used as the final product after dyeing or do you apply Resolene after?

I use this product as well as resolene. I like using this as a final finish when I want a finish that I buff out with sheep wool for a high glossy finish on my knife sheath edges. Hoped this helps.

I use it only on leather biker jacket.
